R & R

As I don't start working for a whole two weeks after graduation (now almost a week ago), I'm doing some visiting. Earlier this week, I was with Kim and there was plenty of tastiness. Now I'm back home in Richmond until Thursday, when I'll head toward Manchester and move in on June 1st.

While my current schedule involves mostly relaxation, I also get to cook a little. You know what's tasty? Bread. Specifically, this Herb Bread. The instructions assume a bread machine, but I've been making it by hand. You can pretty much follow the procedure from wikipedia's Olive Oil Bread with the herb bread ingredients. One slight modification: I wouldn't recommend cooking it at more 350 degrees, and less may be better (300-325). You'll need to drop the baking time as well; probably to around 25 minutes. Kim and I have made this twice, with various herb inputs, and it was great both times.

Also tasty was Coconut Mango Rice, courtesy of Miks. I mean, between the mango and coconut it was pretty much guaranteed to be great, and it was.
